Anthony is the man! As we looked for an agent to help us, it was obvious how passionate Anthony is about the real estate industry and helping his clients. He helped us as we looked at building a home, which was a new process for us. He set up meetings with builders and helped us examine the pros/cons of each one.He did a fantastic job in always advocating for us while maintaining a strong relationship with the builder. Building a home was stressful, but having Anthony there made it easier. He is personable, passionate, knows his stuff, and truly cares about his clients.

Anthony was a pleasure to work with and is, in my opinion, one of the top real estate agents in Utah County and I have dealt with a handful of others. He had a very good understanding for what I wanted as a first-time homebuyer and really understands location and how to negotiate in a hot real estate market. We looked at several homes and he was responsive and quick to drive far out to areas such as Payson, Eagle Mountain and Saratoga Springs. I was highly impressed how fast he arranged these house tours and was able to meet me this direction. Anthony not only helped me find the right home, but he was thorough in his negotiations for the best deal possible. I ended up having most of my closing costs covered by the seller as well as an additional 5k credit put towards the purchase price of my home. All thanks to Anthony, his patience and negotiations he was willing to make. The Utah real estate market is still hot, but there are ways to win if you have the right agent. I would highly recommend the next person looking for a first-time home to reach out to Anthony and he will take good care of you. I will definitely be using him again in 1-2 years for my next property in Utah!
